Version 0.3.4
Supporting docs (CONTRIBUTING, SECURITY) aligned with the v0.3.x state. Both files had been carrying stale predictions, broken anchors, and references to a still-private state that no longer matched reality.

- •CONTRIBUTING.md — added a "Site / code fixes" row to the welcome-contributions table (the site now exists as a contribution surface); rewrote the Public-safety section (added the 2026-07-02 sweep to the audit history; clarified that pre-publish-check is a Claude Code skill invoked manually before release, not a CI workflow, and that the actual CI checks are yaml-lint + gitleaks); updated the Questions section (replaced "when repo is pushed public" future-tense with current contacts — SECURITY.md for security, me@abukix.dev or GitHub Discussions for general).
