Curriculum-content docs aligned with the v0.3.x state; the repo itself flipped from private to public, completing the "Building in Public" promise the brand pillar has always claimed.

- •src/content/docs/homelab/index.md — "ArgoCD or Flux" → "Flux" (consistency with /root's committed GitOps choice across pattern entries and project plans).
- •src/content/docs/brand/identity.md — the biggest alignment. The doc predicted /root would go public Y3-Y4, but it went public in Y0 (before Phase 1 started, alongside the v0.3.0 site launch). Rewrote:
- •Repo flipped from private to public — on 2026-07-02, completing the v0.2.0-planned action that had been tracked externally. github.com/abukix/root is now anonymously readable; git clone works without auth; the shields.io version badge (which needs an anonymously-readable package.json) now resolves correctly.
Notes
- •Substance-first rule preserved unchanged. — The philosophy (substance before polish; v0 identity carries until v1 has real ground under it) is intact. Only the *timeline anchors* were updated — reality overtook the original Y3-Y4 predictions when the site launched in Y0.
- •The public-flip milestone. — The brand pillar has always been "Building an AI Platform in Public." Until 2026-07-02 the site was public but the source was not, which quietly split the promise into "public for readers, private for anyone actually curious about the work." That split is now closed.
